• Transfers (Internet & Out-of-State) – The transfer fee(s) are waived if you purchase a Firearm or Class 3 / Title 2 weapon through FARGO ARMS COMPANY.
  • Firearms – Rifles & Handguns (ATF Form 4473) = $30.00 per firearm.
  • Report of Multiple Sale (ATF Form 3310.4) = $25.00
  • Class 3 / Title 2 Weapons (Silencers, Machine Guns, & SBR’s) = $125.00 per NFA item.
  • After the dealer transfer arrives in-store, the customer will be contacted and has 30 calendar days to pick up their firearm. After 30 calendar days, they will be charged a $100.00 storage fee for every month that passes and they do not come in to pick up their items. If one-year passes and the Firearm/NFA item has not been picked up or NFA paperwork (ATF Form 4) has not been submitted, the items will be surrendered to Fargo Arms Company as abandoned property.
